Ingredients
- 300 g sweetened condensed milk
- 300 g dark or milk chocolate (good quality, chopped)
- 60 g cannabis-infused butter (adjusted to deliver ~300 mg THC total)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: 50 g chopped walnuts, sea salt, caramel swirl, crushed biscuits, or peanut butter ripple
Equipment
- Heavy-bottom saucepan
- Silicone spatula
- 20 x 20 cm baking tray lined with parchment
- Digital scale
- Mixing bowl (if needed)
Method
- Melt the Base
In a saucepan over low heat, combine condensed milk and chopped chocolate. Stir gently until silky smooth. - Add the Infusion
Stir in your cannabis-infused butter and vanilla. Keep the heat low and mix until fully combined and glossy. - Mix in the Magic
Chuck in any extras — nuts, cookies, ripple sauces — and fold through evenly. - Pour and Set
Pour into your lined tray and level the surface. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or until completely firm. - Slice and Store
Cut into 25 squares (~12 g each = ~12 mg THC depending on your butter strength). Store chilled in an airtight container.
